Emergency Response Fund
Feeding Communities at Home and Abroad with Mercy Chefs
In 2023 we partnered with non-profit disaster and humanitarian relief organization, Mercy Chefs, to provide prepared, restaurant-quality meals to victims, first responders and volunteers in natural disasters and emergencies. Here in the US we helped to support their efforts in Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Virginia, Texas and Hawaii. Overseas we helped support their efforts in Turkey.
Disaster Relief at Home and Abroad
We were able to help the local Virginia Peninsula Food Bank when we heard they were having difficulty meeting the growing need for food for families and seniors.
When an earthquake hit Syria, we supported Preemptive Love and Humanite Peace Collective in their relief efforts there on the ground.
When fires hit Maui, we supported the local Hawaii Community Foundation in their relief efforts on the ground.
Giving a Sunrise to families

TESTIMONIAL
“I had sepsis & Pneumonia for 23 days…My husband lost a lot of work and was at the hospital ever day as was my son. I put back into my fund for an automatic bed, as getting in and out of our broken down bed is so very painful. There was enough to buy much needed groceries and that is no little thing when on is out of everything. I was able to afford my insulin and a pair of more comfortable shoes because of the neuropathy in my feet. So - Thank you so much for the help & God Bless You All.”
